Chimichurri Tempeh

I've never had a vegan Chimichurri dish before and this was delicious! Marinated tempeh and fresh chimichurri over mofongo, and with a side of broccolini with a curry aioli. Tempeh was prepared well with a good sear. The flavor was smoky but also bright and tangy.
