Chilli & caramelized onion stuffed falafel

This was so decadent and savoury. Super moist, very filling, with great flavours!

I’m going to be honest and say this was WAY too spicy for me 🥵 I’m usually ok with even generous amounts of spice but this was too much. Jon was fine with it and loved this falafel, but he has those southern Italian tastebuds so even the spiciest of spicy doesn’t get to him haha 🌶 This one is definitely for those who love a little (a lot) of spice ❤️‍🔥🌶❤️‍🔥🌶 (btw my stars are based on his opinion since I couldn’t even get through one bite 😅🙃)
