Chickun Bruschetta Sandwich

This is literally my favorite sandwich of all time. The vegan chicken tastes great, the basil and arugula is fresh, and the vegan cheese is delicious. I’ve been ordering this dish for YEARS. I always order with a side of mashed potatoes. Thank you Ethos!

We had Ethos Bruschetta last time and loved it so we thought we'd be adventurous and have the Chickun Bruschetta Sandwich. Mad kuddos to whoever created this marvellous delight of a sandwich.

The chikun was the most realistic vegan chikun I’ve ever had. The cubes of mozzarella inside added a nice touch to the flavor of the sandwich. Overall very satisfying.
