Chickpea mini burgers with paprika veg Mayo on caramelised shallot

If this is the only dish you’re eating, I recommend taking a side dish with it. I was pleasantly surprised by the taste, the burgers aren’t dry at all. There are only three plant-based dishes on the menu. We didn’t try the dessert, but probably would next time. #italy #burger
