Chick'n and Waffles

Simple #veganwaffle that was well made - had a nice exterior crunch and fluffy soft inside. The was a good amount of syrup drizzled around and over. The #veganchicken also had a satisfying crunchy texture. The #plantbutter was an interesting addition, was not entirely convinced it was necessary. Overall, a pleasant dish to try. I was curious after seeing this type of meal on American TV. Not a fan. The crumbed protein was very flavourful and delicious and the waffle was soft but together it was dry and I didn’t want to overwhelm myself with syrup and butter. Not my kind of meal but it’s an experience!

Very yum and different! I love mixing sweet and salty so this was great! The vegan butter melts so nicely and if you spread it properly it helps not make the waffle too dry. They offered extra maple syrup as well which my sweet tooth opted for. The chik'n pieces had a interesting taste in a good way and were cooked well. The flavor combos work well. If you really want to take your taste buds for a ride, order the cauliflower wings on the side and add a little bit of that ranch🙊 All in all it was delicious, very filling (couldn't finish it but enjoyed the leftovers for dinner!) The price is quite expensive but worth the experience 🤪 I would order it again as an indulgent treat 😉 3/90 #veganisnotscary
