Chicken Schnitzel Pretzel'witch

Only around in honor of Octoberfest, this delightful little creation is my favorite meal item I've had at a restaurant, vegan or not. Using "smoked chedar, apple butter, fresh baked pretzel, and house made mustard" (the vegan equivalent of all those), this item has a complex flavor profile and mouth feel that leaves your taste buds happy.
