I was happy to experience a Chicago dog vegan style. This kielbasa sausage was loaded with condiments of pickled things and mustard. Surprisingly it all stayed contained in the bun and did not eat messy.

this #chicagodog was excellent! i enjoyed the dog itself; while the texture wasn’t quite accurate to sausage, it was pretty close and the taste was spot on! i didn’t notice much of a textural issue anyways under all those #toppings! all the necessary chicago dog components were present on this dog, and i was super happy with the bright green #relish. there was also LOTS of #mustard (a required component) and the dog sat nestled into a #poppyseed #bun. it felt authentic and delicious - definitely a winner in my book. especially with that location on the river walk! it’s gorgeous 🤍 definitely the best chicago dog i’ve had as of writing this review (6/24) #chicago #veganinillinois #veganchicago #hotdog #chicagostyle #veganhotdog
