Chefs mixed plate

We asked for the chefs mixed plate and if they could give us a vegan selection. We also ordered injera bread with mixed veg. It was a nice mix. The chefs mixed plate had a cold aubergine marinated in vinegar, an olive mix, potato, carrot and cabbage mixes and a rice with fried onions. Delicious but could have been hotter.
