Cheese balls

The cheese balls were okay, certainly not melty and gooey like you’d want cheese to be, but they did taste kind of creamy. Must have been a blend of cashews and other things, the inside was soft and umami but not necessarily cheesy. The batter was at least crispy and dipped in bbq sauce it was pretty tasty overall. Don’t think I’ll be coming back to Bong Bonlai to eat again.

#dogsofabillion Decadent and tasty. Good size portion. They should only work on the dipping sauce since I think it’s just standard bbq sauce
