Highly recommend this meal - and restaurant. Very tasty!

Had people over for dinner yesterday so my mom ordered a lot of food from Prashad. This chickpea curry is absolutely delicious and one of my favourites from their menu (although every thing I have tried so far has been incredible!). Very well priced too and comes with rice :)🍛✨🍚 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

This is going to a long review... I love this meal because I love curry. It's a really good amount of chilli and I ordered the medium. It's just perfect. The chickpeas are great source or protein. The basmati rice is cooked to perfection. The flavors are amazing. The price is great at R85 for 2 if you order through MrD between 4 and 6pm Monday-Friday (what a steal) I have got this so many times and it is always consistently amazing. Consistency is key imo and they hit that each time. I am blown away every single time I eat this meal and I think it is one of my favourite restaurants. Support local! My ONLY complaints is the use of plastic (which I reuse so nothing gets thrown away) and the fact that they leave the bay leaves in the curry (personal preference). Do yourself a favor and get this. One curry can serve two people so for R85 you serve 4 if you get it on the special. Okay I'm done now x
