Challah French Toast

Perfectly paired with a nice cream sauce, don’t know exactly what, and well-presented!

If you go for brunch, YOU MUST ORDER THESE! I almost ordered something more savory, as I'm not a sweets person, but on a whim, I ordered these. I'm so glad I did. I definitely want to come back to this restaurant for lunch or dinner during the week next time I'm in the city as their brunch menu is more limited. These thick pieces of challah bread were dipped with what they call their house made "egg" custard. When I say dipped, they were soaked the entire way through. The thick, fluffy challah bread, baked in- house, was incredible. It also comes with baked apples and candied walnuts. It was the perfect brunch!
