Cha Ca La Vong - Tumeric Fish

I loved this dish with so many interesting and complex flavours. The “fish” was tasty and had a really good texture. Served very hot and fresh.

The tumeric fish is incredibly delicious. MUST TRY!

Really love this bowl of fish made from tofu. The dish has rice noodles, veggies, peanuts along with the fish. Never saw a dish like this anywhere else.
