This place was a great discovery. I live in the island and there arent too many vegan option here in tenerife. But i was in Adeje and saw this restaurant. Its mostly italian, so we were pretty surprised they served ceviche. Also, im peruvian so I tend to be critical about it. Asides from a tiny bit of hot-spicy missing(its an european tourism zone) it was delicious! Made with quality shrooms, the texture and flavour get a 100/10.
