Cauliflower Tacos

these tacos were recommended by the owner of this establishment. the fried cauliflower was delicious and texturally pleasing. every detail of these tacos was well thought out, from the tortillas to the sliced limes on the side. definite recommend.

Masa-battered & fried cauliflower with guacamole, spinach, pepitas & avocado dressing. Three good sized tacos, fluffy yellow corn tortillas, great sauce!
