Cauliflower Tacos

Last weekend was the Spirit of May Day celebration at Powderhorn Park! Reverie helps put on this incredible spring gathering with parades, puppets, live music, and a whole lot of community love! Their cauliflower tacos are a classic choice! They have crispy, battered cauliflower, pickled red onion, arugula, and a delicious creamy sauce. These cauliflower tacos are excellent- the flavor was really bright and light, with a good balance between the charred cauliflower, pickled onions, and corn tortillas.

These are AMAZING. The cauliflower is so crispy and the chipotle sour cream is very flavorful. I love the pickled onions too. I could eat a million of these. Of course, fried foods aren't the healthiest but I'll indulge every once in a while.

These are a great mix of flavor and texture. Need to eat quickly otherwise the cauliflower loses its crispness.

Ok so these are amazing. Crunchy, yummy, and totally addicting!
