Cauliflower steak

This was an amazing cauliflower steak! Seasoned so well and the crispy peas and chickpeas add great texture. With a thick balsamic dressing. Yum!

A favourite here and now that they know me they give me extra obviously. Huge and delicious

all the flavours worked together in great harmony and moderation. truly enjoyed this dish. the sauce the chickpeas were cooked in was wonderfully creamy. the cauliflower had great texture, of both fluff and crunch.

They usually make it thick so you need to cut into it just like a steak. Great seasoning
