Cauliflower and Bacon Quiche

Nice chunks of cauliflower and a delicious crispy crust , this dish was very filling and tasted great .

My mom and I shared 2 dishes, the first being this quiche, which was so bomb!! It really has that quiche flavour and texture, and had a distinct bacon-like flavour and cauliflower, with lots of onion too. I loved the crispy puff pastry crust on the side. The salad is a little plain though and could do with some sprucing up. Otherwise this dish was awesome!
