I absolutely love this all vegan sushi restaurant! They have so many amazing vegan Japanese dishes and creative sushi rolls to choose from. Vegan sushi is my favorite food so this place is a dream come true for me. 😊 It is really wonderful to have so many creative vegan options! The vegan Caterprie Roll is really delicious! We ordered this roll and the vegan Super Saiyan Crunch Roll. I think the Caterprie roll is delicious and is probably my favorite roll. It has vegan shrimp, avocado, asparagus, cucumber, spicy mayo, and a sweet soy sauce glaze. The Super Saiyan roll has vegan crab, avocado, cucumber, and is topped with spicy mayo and crispy onions. It was very good too. I definitely recommend this dish and this restaurant. 💚💗💜
