Casa Kaizen Quesadillas No-Chorizo con Papas

I’ve reviewed these before, but they changed the recipe and it’s not as good anymore. The sauce on top, instead of being a tangy delicious southwest style sauce, is a crackly creamy sauce that tasted kind of like tzatziki. It was a decided downgrade :(

Super delicious! A bit spicy with awesome flavor. The sauce on top was deliciously vinegary. So oily though 😅
