Carrot Walnut Cake

This is suchhhhhh a nice delicious #vegancake. You can taste the carrots but not overpowering. A rather generous amount of walnut. Sweetness level is perfect not too sweet but really,just nice for a cake. This was part of the loads of gifts we got during a show and i love it so much i took home the remaining of what’s not eaten and thr’s still some left in my fridge now.

This cake was so moist and soft for a vegan one, it is on the sweeter side though!

Liked not loved. Texture could be slightly more fluffier. Maybe adding more walnuts could do the trick. But taste was great. #veganisnotscart
