Carrot Orange Cake with Cashew Cream

This cake was so sweet it pulled my cheeks and called me a handsome boy after I done ate it ☺️ Honestly one of the best #carrotcake I’ve ever! Super super dense too — kind of like our politicians come to think of it. Thankfully for us Malaysians we have sugary treats like to keep us blissfully at peace with every next MalaysiaKini headline 👵

It's not all in the name - #carrot and #orange are the more colourful (and auspicious, since this was the last of their CNY stock), but this is a #banana #cake really 😅 I loved the texture, i.e. not moist, which means 80% of you probably won't 😛 The #cashewcream on top? Heaven ☺️ And stayed reasonably "together" despite having to wait four hours from the time of delivery until I was finally done with my afternoon con calls 😏 My #sweettooth was happy! #dessert
