Carrot Lox on Rye

I still dream about this. The carrot is perfectly marinaded and all the flavors blend together so well!

This was an amazing breakfast - carrot lox, pickles, capers, cucumber, half an avocado and house made cashew cream cheese on rye. I thought it was totally delicious and excellent value in a lovely local spot. Loved it! #greyton
