Carrot Lox And Cashew Cream Bagel

Bagel topped generously with carrot lox, cashew cream, pickled red onion, nori and dill - very yummy, hearty yet fresh in taste. Nice location for breakfast or lunch. The Fresh Earth Café / Restaurant and the adjacent supermarket are fully vegetarian with vegan options. The menu could so easily offer more vegan dishes rather than vegetarian dishes though, hoping to see the change into that direction!

A tasty breakfast or brunch with a lovely smokey flavour to the lox.

This is the best thing on the menu! I was a big fan of salmon bagels and this one really hit the spot
