carrot lox

On a little trip to Edinburgh and popped into Holy Cow for some lunch. I enjoyed this overall however there was a few things that spoiled it. I found the bread was really soggy and I ended up leaving a big portion of it as it was just mushy bread. The cream cheese didn’t have much flavour to it either. The salmon was really lovely though. My friend got a different sandwich and theirs was really lovely so i’d still go back and try something else!

Freaking delish!!! The ‘salmon’ was really realistic and the cashew cream was to die for. Beautiful presentation too
