You can’t bear vegan carrot cake, especially from Spirit Elephant. The texture was delightful, the taste was spot on, and it looked perfect.

i really loved the citrus-y glaze atop the cake; however, the interior was slightly dry and i found there to be too much overpowering cream cheese frosting. the flavor of the carrot cake itself was perfect though.
