The best ever vegan carrot cake - amazing texture with just the right combination of carrot, coconut and spices, and the tangy cream cheese icing is to live for!
$10 a slice might be a little high, but the cake was quite good. Very moist and “heavy” texture in the cake itself. The icing wasn’t overly sweet- just perfect actually, though there might not have been as much as I’d usually like.
