Carrot Cake

I’ve had ALOT of really good Vegan Carrot cakes. This one from Jselbys is by far the BEST. Perfect amount of sweetness, crunchiness, and frosting!

This a rather large rich chunk of cake. It for sure can be shared with someone or saved for another round later 😄 It’s all housemade including the frosting and is pretty a scrummy 😋 #veganisnotscary

This is a near perfect carrot cake! It's not dry at all and the cream cheese frosting is delicious

The picture does not look as delicious as this tastes! It got tipped over in its container on the way home, so the incredible cream cheese frosting got stuck to the lid. A must try!!

Delicious cake! The frosting is very creamy and the cake is dense.
