ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?!? A CARBONARA PIZZA?! What a dream. AM I DREAMING?! I THINK I WAS DREAMING. I recall eating this with my eyes closed lmao. It was so magical and creamy and flavourful. Only $5! Just wow. So filling too. Love this place. Get this pizza! I felt so cool to just walk in and grab a slice! What is this- Pizza Pizza for omni's???

Car bon ara. Carbon era. Carbonara. Yes, it's named after a pasta dish, and to no surprise to anyone, it's the pizza version of this veganized Italian classic. This pizza is smothered in their Alf-redo sauce, mozz shreds, stripy bacon, mushrooms, red onion, and parsley. All topped with house made parm. Their alf-redo sauce is fairly light in taste, but it was pretty good. They could have used something strong in flavor to wake up my taste buds a bit, but I'd definitely get this as a slice again. New menu item as of October.
