Carbonara

Really good it was my friends favorite. Exact replica of an original carbonara recipe. (I think it had kala namak which i personally dont like tho)

No es un plato original, pero es el clásico de pasta que nunca falla. Está riquísimo y es fantástico no tener que renunciar a él al ser vegana, porque lleva qvso y vaicon crujiente.

I felt like I’d died and gone to heaven, eating vegan food in Madrid, and then a lovely vegan server from another great vegan restaurant. recommended Choose.  Choose is an incredible restaurant – a gourmet restaurant among all gourmet restaurants, that just happens to be vegan. The carbonara did not disappoint. My partner and I (vegan) and are friends (non-vegan) all loved it.
