I don't know how they did it, the tofu "ricotta" cheese but my gosh was it phenomenal. Sour dough bread ultra beuno, love the authenticness, crust is a nice crunch. Their sundried tomatoes excellent, pesto and walnuts with greens topped it off. The side greens were really good this day and a nice amount today. 🥰
