This sandwich was just okay. The cheese tasted great, but it was in cubes. It would have been better sliced. Also the wheat sandwich roll was dry. It would have been much better with focaccia bread, which is generally vegan. I would not order this from Veggie Grill again, which is disappointing because I used to love caprese sandwiches as a vegetarian.
