Cake by the slice

This is the hot toddy cake and I forgot to take my picture before I ate it because it smelled so amazing! It was so delicious and a really good amount of cake for the price. My friend and I split one slice and it was the perfect amount for both of us since it’s so sweet!

Pattycake Bakery makes the BEST vegan cake ever! When I lived in Columbus I would go there weekly just for a cake by the slice. I miss it so much and haven’t found a vegan cake nearly as good as pattycake’s since moving to Colorado! The one I’ve pictured was a lavender chocolate one and it was delicious! The cake is so moist and the frosting is always so creamy and delicious. You can tell they put a lot of effort into their baking.
