Love the story of paying homage to the succulent and cacti family🌵Before getting into the flavors, the cactus is the symbol of resilience in the face of #globalboiling, #climatecrisis and #watershortage and this is a reminder of us needing to protect our planet 🌏 especially limiting to 1.5-2 oC temperature rise by the end of the 2000s But going into the drink itself 🍸 — the use of pink dragonfruit was really nice with the bright pop of pink and magenta 🩷 there might be some flavors that go over my head so please forgive me but the slight tang and sweetness coming from the lime and dragonfruit are represented in a lovely way through a great balance with a botanical tasting mezcal also, im a sucker for tajin anything!! the salt, chilli spicy and lime combined with all the other flavors 🍋🌶️🧂 i swear all the 5 flavors of the taste buds were activated in some way! it is $26 so buyer be warned!

This was quite a strong drink, but tasted pretty good esp with the Tajin salt rim 🍸
