this chef is a mastermind. such creative yummy takes on classic meals. great pasta, a bit pricy.

I used to love pasta cacio e pepe when I was vegetarian but this is the first time I had vegan cacio e pepe and it was amazing. The dish felt super light but also really rich and satisfying. One of the best “pasta” dishes I’ve had lately!
