It's Pepe's Bistro so you don't get usually anything less than five star quality food! The thing is Pepe's has a revolving menu based on what local ingredients he was able to get from the community. Organic ingredients: chipotle black beans, guacamole, Pico de gallo, cashew crema, and jalapenos on top of yellow and blue tortilla chips.
