Burnt Cauliflower

Amazing experience, the dish was beautiful, flavourfull, and perfect for a cold and rainy day. It would be even better with some potato. I had some hand cut fries and added those to my delight. Definitely recommend!

Turmeric infused cauliflower in a bed of lentil dhal with rocket. This was just a little spicy which suits me and helped the rest of the flavours come through - mustard seed, cumin, coriander.
