Bun Sa Ot

Delicious marinated lemongrass chili tofu served with rice noodles, herbs, salad and soy dressing, garnished with fried onions and peanuts. It's like a warm noodle salad, perfect for summer as I usually order their Pho. It has no cilantro, unfortunate for me, but may be positive for others 😄
