Buffet of the Day

Decided to try out the buffet at this lovely vegetarian/vegan organic café. I selected a little bit of everything that was vegan. The lentil curry and rice had a nice spicy heat to it, but not too hot. The roast butternut was slightly cold, which was unfortunate because the taste and texture was lovely. The two salads were both tasty. I'm not a fan of raw broccoli, but the mayonnaise that was mixed with it helped. Simple , healthy and delicious I loved that all the flavours were simple and clean I was crazy about the cabbage , nice combo of vegetables , the rice was perfect

A learn lentil dish with like a lemongrass flavour and a penne vegetable dish. All flavourful and yummy

Healthy selection of casserole filled with yummy veggies, loved the millet salad with broccoli as well as the kale salad with avo , a home cooked meal away from home Overall an incredible meal 😻😻😻
