Buffalo Seitan Nuggets

Overall, quite tasty. House-made seitan, vegan Buffalo sauce (with a nice kick), and really good vegan ranch. A generous portion for $11.00, plus $.60 for the side of ranch. This is one of my go-to dishes at Lucky’s. My only complaint is that it can be rather inconsistent from visit to visit. Sometimes it is way too heavy on the breading. Other times there is not enough sauce.
