Buddha falafel bowl

OMG! The Buddha Falafel Bowl at Wild Sprout might just be the best in Cape Town. So beautifully presented, with beetroot hummus in the centre, just the right selection of accompanying flavour and colour bursts surrounding it, and a sprinkle or edible flowers for some summer zing. The crunchy tumeric cauliflower is a taste and texture high point. I think I’ll have to return for another bowl soon! 👅

Beautiful presentation! Tasted good and healthy. I think something is missing flavour wise. The dressing should be a bit more flavourful I think. The falafels are also very mushy and don't have much flavor. The poke bowl I had last time is definitely better. But I still enjoyed it.

The falafels kind of fell apart but the over dish was very good, beautifully roasted butternut, tumeric cauliflower, Avo, tomato etc. all on a bed of quinoa.
