Specialist bruschetta with thyme. Love the aftertaste

Diced Roma tomatoes, avocado cubes, cold pressed extra virgin olive oil, and Italian sweet basil, all atop olive ciabatta that was chewy with a slightly crispy crust. I liked the inclusion of creamy avocado, though perhaps it could have been smashed avocado spread as the toppings kept falling off haha. Fresh and light on the palate; the taste was fine for me since I usually consume minimal added salt, oil, and sugar at home, but might be less palatable to some. Sea salt and black pepper shakers are provided at the table. Perhaps there could also have been a dash of herbs and spices, and/or a drizzle of balsamic vinegar for more flavour since garlic and onion is usually used. Btw, as with all their bread products, the ciabatta is naturally fermented for at least 18 hours, making them rich in prebiotics as well as lower in GI and gluten for better digestive health.
