These are fantastic! And big enough to be just enough for a meal

I loved all of the elements of this! There’s some chorizo, just egg, queso and more. So much is poured onto a bed of corn chips—highly recommend. It’s not too spicy bc I can be sensitive to spice. #vegancolumbus
