Breakfast sandwich: Egg, cheese and bacon

OMG. This is incredible. We stopped by Just what I Kneaded in LA while on vacation. I had read about its pastries but was surprised by their extensive breakfast options. I got the breakfast sandwich with just egg, vegan bacon, vegan cheese and some sort of sauce between two amazing homemade bisquits. I was blown away!
