Breakfast Sammie

This sandwich looks beautiful. My problem with it was the giant slab of tofu. I’m newly appreciating tofu but I only like it toasted/fried and seasoned and this was straight out of the package. I had to take it off.

Excellent sammy with a balance of protein, veggies and English muffin. Went well w coffee ☕️ #veganisnotscary
