Breaded Portobello Mushroom With Cauliflower Rice

This is from Cedele but I'm not sure if they sell it in their branches but you can get it online! Location here is from their main kitchen. They seem to have breaded the Portobello in panko but it's not deep fried yet super crunchy!! The cauliflower rice was very well seasoned, though at some point it was a bit too salty. Best of all is their slices of pumpkin. More vegan options like these please! 💖
