Braised tau pok

Not very sure what this is called in English, I think it's beancurd something?? I love this so much and I can probably finish a bowl of rice with only this as a topping 😋 I love how it soaks up the gravy like a sponge which you can either squeeze out over your rice or let it burst in your mouth 😂
