Braised claypot eggplant

This was not bad, the gravy was tasty and the mock meat (i think it's supposed to be fish?) was kind of interesting too. I love eggplant so I enjoyed this, and it goes really well with plain white rice! #animalplace #sgeats #eggplant

I loved this. The eggplant is braised still soft and infused with soy sauce. It is slightly spicy and there are little nuggets of mock meat. This is excellent with rice.
