Boston Cream filled Brioche

One of the best vegan deserts I have ever had in my life!

The Boston cream brioche from Breads on Oak is my favorite food in the whole world. Everything is perfect about it. The perfectly soft brioche, amazing cream, and delicious chocolate compliment each other perfectly. My only complaint is sometimes they don’t have it one day or sell out early. If you go to New Orleans, you need to go to Breads on Oak.

So incredible! It’s been years since I’ve had a Boston cream filled donut or anything similar. This Breads on Oak stuffed brioche version was incredible! Luscious, smooth, and creamy center. Sweet and a tiny bit bitter with the addition of the tiny cocoa nibs on top. All comes together with a soft and chewy brioche bread. Absolutely perfect!The entire bakery is 100% vegan! You can’t go wrong!
