i have a confession… i am actually allergic to #nuts 😭😭😭 not severely, of course! or else i would not be braving my food allergies for the #delicious and #refreshing handlebar rotating #vegancheesecake …. it is so worth it.
this #cheesecake was creamy and texturally indiscernible from dairy cheesecake. it has a house-made swirled cheesecake base with #fresh blueberries mixed throughout the batter. there’s a #glutenfree #walnut crust and it is topped with a #blueberry drizzle!
now, i am a #blueberrylover , and i could NOT get enough of this cheesecake! the walnut crust isn’t my thing because i’m not a huge fan of nut crusts, but the #toogorgeoustoeat swirled filling and fresh #berries made up for it! just look at those colors! the fresh blueberries were such a nice treat and provided a fun little burst of #fruitylicious flavor when eating. the blueberry drizzle was undeniably my favorite part!! it was clearly made of actual blueberries and i could taste it ! they also gave me enough drizzle to actually cover the cheesecake instead of skimping on me 😍
long story short, GO TRY THE HANDLEBAR CHEESECAKES IF YOU ARE ABLE TO 🤍
