Blue Pea Tofu Bamboo Rice

Loved this dish. Rice has a bit of glutinous rice kind of stickiness, really fragrant and tasty. Tofu was crispy outside and soft inside. Overall v yummy!

A nicely presented dish. Using blue pea flowers to combine with tofu is definitely something new.

Fragrant, chewy rice paired with really flavourful tofu - superb! Pretty filling too, esp when the dishes are served at interval in this five course meal. $26.80++

This looks so pretty in the bamboo! The portion is slightly on the smaller side. Would love to have more veg though. Overall the taste is nice, worth a try!

I love Elemen for their value-for-money five course meals! Most of the things are delicious and it’s really an experience in itself, however please not that a lot of the menu items are only vegetarian, not vegan!
